Fit and Fun for Baby and Mum

A nurturing fusion of Yoga and Pilates stretches for you blended with play and songs for your baby


This re-energising class offers the unique opportunity for you and your baby to enjoy special bonding time with the added benefit that you get to enjoy some gentle postnatal exercise.

We begin with introductions and some relaxation time. The main part of the class involves Yoga & Pilates style stretches alongside our baby to ease and tone common postnatal problem areas, such as abdominals, back and pelvic floor.

Song and rhymes are used throughout the class, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere and helping with your baby’s language acquisition. The class closes with some baby-focused playtime – a dedicated time to play with your baby in the company of other mums.

Classes are suitable for you and your baby to attend once you have had your postnatal check up with your Doctor and are best suited to babies who are not yet crawling.


The classes are held at Just Move (71, rue de Merl) on Friday mornings from 09:45 to 11:15. Classes do not run during school holidays.

Course fees: 

Five week course - €75 (Booking a five week course enables you benefit from a reduced weekly class fee and to attend when it's convenient for you. Courses run over a five week period but if you are unable to attend on certain weeks and notify us in advance you are welcome to carry sessions over to the next course)

Weekly pay as you go - €20

About the trainer


Kate is a childbirth and parenting educator and postnatal exercise teacher motivated by the belief that all parents want the best for their babies. Recognising that there is no one 'right' way to parent, Kate supports each mum she works with to find their own authentic route to being a parent. Kate has a Diploma in Postnatal Group Facilitation, gained from the University of Bedfordshire and certificates in Postnatal Exercise and Infant Feeding gained from NCT in conjunction with the University of Worcester as well as a cedrtificate in mindfulness for peak performance and wellbeing from Monash University.
