Bumps & Babies

Bumps and Babies is a support network run by volunteers.

​

Being a mum of a young baby is a special time but it can also be lonely, especially when you are away from your family. Research shows that mums with a good social support network are less likely to suffer from Postnatal Depression and that talking with others who understand can help. Our Bumps and Babies group offers an opportunity to meet with otherparents and babies and form a new-parent support network of your own as well as the opportunity to speak with well qualified health professionals, who understand the challenges of living as expat parents.

Coffee mornings are run once a fortnight and all mums to be and mums and dads of babies under 1 years old are welcome. All that we ask is that you make a donation towards tea and coffee.

There is plenty space for parking on the old school playground

and ample places to put pushchairs inside.
